Report & Accounts 2005
For the third year ICM has modestly improved its profitability on broadly unchanged turnover. Far from indicating stagnation, this performance disguises a number of very important shifts in the shape and nature of the Group’s business and the markets it serves.

Interim Report & Accounts 2003/2004
“We have delivered solid results for the first half of our financial year, in line with our expectations and reduced the scale of our IT Solutions business without exceptional charge. This means that more of our gross profits now derive from our IT Support and Business Continuity operations with their longer-term contracts and higher visibility. "

Report & Accounts 2002
“This year we have continued to develop our IT Assurance strategy on a UK-wide basis, whilst at the same time growing our turnover and ensuring that profit performance has remained relatively robust. Report & Accounts 2001
“I am delighted to announce another strong set of results which reflect the excellent progress being made by the Group. These results are entirely consistent with the comments made both at the end of the last financial year and at the interim stage.”

Report & Accounts 2000
"These results have been achieved in an environment characterised, in the first half, by pre Millennium caution and, in the second half, by post-Millennium uncertainty as many companies turned their attention to addressing the new e-conomy. Whilst both periods have presented unique
challenges to the Group, we have continued to implement and, in some instances, accelerate the investment programme designed to further fuel growth in the future."
